Train The Trainers
Rob is eager to convey the soccer doctrine that was instilled in him by Pele, and has guided him throughout the course of his development. Pele contended that ‘the fundamental principle of soccer is ball control’.
The key message that Rob is eager to convey to children and young people is the “4P’s”TM. This stresses the importance of what Rob advocates “Practice, Practice, and Practice, and when you have done that Practice some more”. Rob believes that this discipline will serve to empower individuals and communities, and contribute towards building a better society.
Rob recognises that it is the coaches who are charged with the responsibility of developing this new breed of soccer star. This is a challenge that will need to be confronted with a positive “can do” mind-set.
Coaches who live in fear of the question that all coaches dread “how can you ask me to do something that you cannot do or demonstrate?” need not contact us.
This special course is for innovative, forward–thinking coaches who are “not afraid”, but coaches who are eager to develop not only themselves, but have the resolve, wherewithal, courage and conviction to “create the difference”, and open their minds to new and inspiring ways of thinking.
