The ball is thrown into the air from the ‘back attack’ position before the torso goes around the ball before controlling it again. |

|
Same as above but in the opposite direction. |

|
The ball is rolled around the ‘chest’ and ‘back’ in one 360 movement. |

Around The World
|
"Gain control of the ball on the instep, then lifting the ball into the air, wrap the leg around the ball and control in again before it hits the floor." |

Around The World – Combo
|
Using the ‘around the world’ move and in the same movement execute ‘around the world’ again but in the opposite direction. |
